If you are not satisfied with your online order you may return any product, unless otherwise noted or specified, within 14 days of the original purchase for a full refund or exchange (excluding shipping charges.). Exchanges will be for the same product unless it’s no longer available.
*Products that are damaged, worn, used or have been modified in any way are NOT eligible for refunds, credits, or exchanges.*
Return/Exchange Process:
- Include a copy of the invoice if available.
- Pick a mail carrier of your choice (Mold-A-Rama Inc. does not pay for shipping on returns.).
- Once Mold-A-Rama Inc. receives, inspects, and verifies the returned product(s) a refund will be issued (shipping charges are not reimbursed.).
