When you see a transaction for $5.50 after using a Mold-A-Rama machine, that is a pre-authorization charge. A pre-authorization is a hold on your account to ensure the transaction goes through after purchasing a Mold-A-Rama figurine. The actual charge is $5.00, and the hold should go away after a couple business days.

If you have already left the Venue please fill out the form on the contact us page, and we will get back to you in a timely manner. Pictures will help expedite the process of refunds/exchanges.

Currently we do not offer the ability to rent our machines.
No, we are not in the business of selling machines. We own and operate our machines in various locations.
