When you see a transaction for $5.50 after using a Mold-A-Rama machine, that is a pre-authorization charge. A pre-authorization is a hold on your account to ensure the transaction goes through after purchasing a Mold-A-Rama figurine. The actual charge is $5.00, and the hold should go away after a couple business days.

Orders should ship within 2-3 business days unless specified. Once the product has been transferred to the carrier the timeline is out of our hands.

Mold-A-Rama Inc. is located in and ships from Brookfield, Illinois.

Our office and workshop are not open to the public. Our machines are available during the business hours of the location they run at.

A machine takes $5.00 in order to initiate a vend.

Our Mold-A-Rama machines take $5 and $1 bills as well as quarters, dimes, and nickels. We also have credit card readers that accept Apple Pay & Google Wallet.

Visit guest services or an information booth at the location to report any problems. Staff should be able to direct you to who can solve your problem. The locations have resources to assist you, or they will notify us.

With the exception of seasonal and holiday molds, we do not change mold sets often. We try to announce when a mold set is installed on our Facebook and Instagram.

Due to insurance liabilities we do not offer tours.

No, we are not in the business of selling machines. We own and operate our machines in various locations.
